It's been a while!

I haven't been back on the blog for a while, lots happened with having my Mum visiting to my husband working away for long periods that I had not been following the program as I was.

I will say that my weight is hovering around the 70 kilo mark (154 lbs) so that gives me a total loss of 12.8 kilos (28 lbs). My last weigh in at the TF centre was recorded at 69.3 kilos.

Exercise isn't as much especially with Zumba because its at a time that my kids have to be in bed and the treadmill... hmm no excuse cause its right in front of me but I'm working on getting my motivation up again to get back on it. I think that time will be coming on Tuesday onwards as hubby is home and don't want to hear see I knew you wouldn't use it all the time... so have to show see I'm still using it... see puff puff LOL

I'm not gaining so thats a good thing but when you don't do it for a while its hard to jump back. My goal weight still stands at 65 kilos so will need to jump back on board, ok next week is the week ;)

Week 11 weigh in

Rocked up to my weigh in to face the music and the results are in:

Starting weight: 82.8kg

Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)
Week 5: 75.2 (-1.1kg)
Week 6: 73.4 (-1.8kg)
Week 7: 72.7 (-0.7kg)
Week 8: 72.4 (-0.3kg)
Week 9: 71.4 (-1.0kg)
Week 10: dnw
Week 11: 70.4 (-1.0kg)

Total loss overall: 12.4kgs

I have no words to describe why I had a loss 1.0 kg instead of that enormous gain I saw after Easter. I went back to the program again but didn't do any of the exercise I usally do eg zumba or treadmill. Maybe restarting the program I lost fluid that you normally do lose in the first week, that's the only explanation I can come up with.

I am not complaining :)

Thursday, April 28, 2011

Oohh I've been bad!

Ok, Easter wasn't the best time to have a short break from the program.

My short break ended up being 5 days of carbs galore! Including going out for dinner and consuming chicken breast with creamy garlic prawns (lots of cream in that one) and chips and garlic bread, Nasi Goreng on another night and I won't mention the rest as it's making me hungry again LOL.

But I'm not beating myself up over it, I enjoyed my break and have started back on it today. The weight gain ended up being 1.8kgs and already its down to 1.2kg (even though the next day after that lovely meal I had a loss of 0.5g which was weird).

I will go back to see my TF consultant on Saturday morning to get more shakes and might as well jump on the scales to record my gain so I can work towards getting it off again... oh, and ease myself back into Zumba/Treadmill running which went on a break as well.

Here I go!!!

This week's weigh in

I didn't want to worry about being on the program for the Easter break so decided not to weigh in on Saturday. I have a few family get togethers coming up this weekend and want to enjoy the wonderful company (and yummy food prepared by my wonderful SIL who happens to be a chef) and will just pick it up where I left next Tuesday.

I also want to mention ANZAC Day on Tuesday holds a special place in my heart, I will be marching in the city with the Honouring Indigenous War Graves Inc members. It is a real honour to be marching with men and women whom I deeply respect. It's a very emotional and uplifting day and very much look forward to it.

To sign off, please do take care if you are travelling on the roads and enjoy every moment if you are visiting family and friends over the break.

Week 9 weigh in

1kg down today bringing to a total of a 11.4kg loss in 9 weeks.

I thought it was going to be a few grams again because this week I felt really bloated and just didn't feel like I had much loss so the 1kg took me by surprise. I have about 6.4kg to go to reach my goal weight now and then hopefully I will be able to maintain it, that will be a big challenge.

Starting weight: 82.8kg
Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)
Week 5: 75.2 (-1.1kg)
Week 6: 73.4 (-1.8kg)
Week 7: 72.7 (-0.7kg)
Week 8: 72.4 (-0.3kg)
Week 9: 71.4 (-1.0kg)

For my Saturday treat I'm going to have pizza as I've been craving it all week. I feel as though the more you deprive your body from carbs the more you will cave in so letting yourself have a treat day, you feel as though you are not missing out. I've been doing this (had treat days) since I've started Tony Ferguson program and my weight has continued to drop every week.

Week 8 weigh in

Completely forgot to put my stats up, so much has came up with my husband away and the kids both getting sick. They had started swimming last week with the school and straight away they came down with something.

Starting weight: 82.8kg

Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)
Week 5: 75.2 (-1.1kg)
Week 6: 73.4 (-1.8kg)
Week 7: 72.7 (-0.7kg)
Week 8: 72.4 (-0.3kg)

Current weight: 72.4kg

I had a funny feeling that I was only going to record a small loss this week. But, it all adds onto the final weigh loss total. So as long as it goes down not up is keeping me going.

Did Zumba tonight. I've missed the last 3 classes and it felt great to get back into it. Usually when I do a class I try and eat 2 hours beforehand but didn't have the time to do that tonight and had to wait for after the class. It doesn't finish until 8.30pm so eating around that time doesn't feel too good and will have to avoid that in the future.

Week 7 weigh in

Starting weight: 82.8kg

Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)
Week 5: 75.2 (-1.1kg)
Week 6: 73.4 (-1.8kg)
Week 7: 72.7 (-0.7kg)

Current weight: 72.7kg

I have finally hit the 10.1kg loss mark!! and back to my weight before having the kids but my goal weight being at 65kg I still have 7.7kgs to go.

Last weekend being the party I did sneak in a few pizza's and sausage rolls, oh my they tasted good and I stayed good the rest of week.  There was so much preparation the night before with getting all the food together and getting up at 4.30am to finish off icing the cupcakes and sticking the edible star wars icing on each one. I was really glad that the party was at 9am because by 11am it was all over and I was finally able to relax. I have to do it all again in June for my youngest daughter and will have to come up with a Mario theme. Look forward to that.

Last night I had the yummy pizza chicken which consisted of 120g chicken breast sliced in half and flattened and a tablespoon of pasta sauce then as much allowable vegetables you can fit on top, for me it was: tomato, zucchini, mushroom, red onion, capsicum. Baked in the oven for 20 min's with the last 5 mins I added some philly light cream cheese which completely tops it off. With steamed cauliflower and brocolli on the side it was a massive meal and very filling.

Another favourite of mine is doing the above in stuffed field mushrooms.

I purchased the Zumba wii fit game and it was a really good workout. It definitely made me sweat it out and that was just doing the beginner. Interested to see how it goes as you advance through the game.

Time to not worry about the diet now and just enjoy the rest of my treat day.

Week 6 weigh in

I am busy baking ready for the party tomorrow but just had to post my results from today. Today I recorded a loss of 1.8kgs.

Starting weight: 82.8kg

Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)
Week 5: 75.2 (-1.1kg)
Week 5: 73.4 (-1.8kg)

Current weight: 73.4kg

Very happy with the 9.4kgs loss. I so wish I took a before shot but I hate photos of myself and rather be behind the camera.

Back to baking cupcakes (so hard not to have one tonight!)

Temptation coming up?

I'm just in the process of organising my son's 7th birthday party for this coming sunday. I'm catering for 19 kids and plan on not buying ready made food but to get it all together myself.

Jason's birthday invitation - had fun designing this one

The menu I've came up is:

Turkish sticks with ham, cheese and pineapple
fruit kebab sticks
sausage rolls
sm shaved ham, cabanossi, block cheese, carrot, celery sticks platter with hommus dip
white chocolate crackles
meatballs
sandwiches
pikelets
Jam and cream sponge birthday cake and cupcakes

It's going to be fun getting some of this together on Saturday and can only just imagine the smells but just have to be strong. I have found it easy not to have the kids leftovers by just saying no and remembering the reasons why I am doing this in the first place and the gorgeous clothes I'm going to buy when I get to my goal weight, but, the biggest main reason is for my health and to prevent problems that could arise from being overweight.

My routine

I was asked if I cheat on the program and a bit about my routine. I do cheat but the way I'm doing the program is to be strict with it from Monday to Friday and by the time my weigh in is on the Saturday morning, I treat this day as my no TF day. I will eat what I want but only in small quantities. I still won't eat eat breads, pasta, rice etc but if I feel like a slice of pizza, I will eat it without any guilt or even have a night out with a few drinks.

One thing I do keep up everyday is the 2 litres of water, I feel water is one of the most important elements of the program that really does help you lose weight.

My typical day on the program, Monday to Friday:

8am - shake
10am - 2 medium sized plums
12pm - shake and sometimes a bowl of garden salad
2pm - apple
5pm - protein and vegetables
I snack throughout the day on 15 almonds and drink 2 litres of water

My treats are the skinny cow icecream (hard to have just one of those!) and you can have two a week. By Saturday, I get weighed in then go and get a skinny cappucino, go home and have bacon and eggs for breakfast. Lunch might be a salad but I'm usually full from breakfast and then whatever the family feels like for dinner I might have a small amount of it. By Sunday, I may have a shake for breakfast and usually by the evening I'm hopping on the treadmill for a run. I also am doing cardio each early evening on the weekdays which will also help with the weightloss and on those nights you can have extra protein and another piece of fruit.

Week 5 weigh in

Starting weight: 82.8kg

Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)
Week 5: 75.2 (-1.1kg)

Current weight: 75.2kg

My 1.1kg lost for the week has given me a total lost 7.6 kilos. After my couple of treat nights during the week I thought that wasn't too bad at all. Meeting up with the girls today for lunch, I will probably choose the stir fry vegetables with tofu and oyster sauce and yes, pass on the rice.

I have ordered some new clothes and for the first time I didn't choose the large size. I'm finding lots of my large clothes are not sitting right on me and look bulky which gives me a great excuse to buy new clothes.

My running on the treadmill is up to 15min's. That is a big achievement for me and can't wait to be running half an hour non stop. Look forward to the Biggest Loser tonight especiallg the weigh in. I accidently came across a photo of the final 4! But I won't reveal who I saw - will say they look amazing as they always do by the end of the season. Love the last night when they all come back showing their amazing body transformations.

A Confession

Last Saturday night went to the Rhianna concert (amazing with VIP standing) and did really well all day and when the concert ended we ended up in the city at a club and had quite a few drinks. By the time it came to 2.30am the hunger set in and just had to have that kebab and a few hot chips, oh boy! It tasted great LOL I did check myself the next morning and my weight didn't budge from the previous day. I'm putting it all down to all the dancing we did which was non stop for 3-4 hours.

Rhianna was so close to us - photo taken by Alisha Boyd
Tuesday was my wedding anniversary and we went to see Billy Connolly in concert. It was pretty good, he had me in fits of laughter most of the time. At least that is something that can be crossed of the Bucket List... Rhianna and Billy :) My husband and I went to a dinner buffet but eating out has made me more aware of food choices. Instead of going for the bread, soup and then a big serving of mains with deserts, I just went for some meat, lots of vegetables and skipped on the desert. I was so proud of myself.

Tonight I ran 10mins non stop for the first time. I'm finding it amazing how easy it was (this is from a person who didn't do no running at all a couple of months ago) I'm still doing my 30mins 3 days a week and Zumba on two days. I had finally picked up some proper shoes for the dancing and now my ankle has stopped hurting. I can feel the pressure has eased up heaps now.

Looking forward to the weigh in on Saturday, I have a feeling that I might be under the grams lost and not kilos or maybe I might just break even after my big week, we'll see.

Weigh in day

6.5kgs gone in 4 weeks!!!!

Weighing in this morning recorded a 2.2kg loss for the week, I am so happy with the result so far. I'm getting to that stage where I'm starting to feel really good about myself and even starting to enjoy wearing clothes again. My biggest achievement was getting into my boardshorts and rashie that wouldn't even do up 2 months ago my confidence level with trying back on clothes that didn't fit and now is sitting nicely on me is amazing.

People are starting to notice at work that I'm losing weight, everytime I do its always around the bust area that goes down which is fine by me.

I bought a gorgeous top and the ultimate fit black boot pants from Katies (they are fantastic and feel so comfortable).

What I should of done in the first place, but here is my stats (I will post it up every Saturday after weigh in):

Starting weight: 82.8kg

Week 1: 80.8 (-2.0kg)
Week 2: 79.4 (-1.4kg)
Week 3: 78.5 (-0.9kg)
Week 4: 76.3 (-2.2kg)

Current weight: 76.3kg

Tgotal Loss: 6.5k

Over the mid week hump

I've done Zumba two nights in a row now and can really feel it! My calf is aching and I'm just feeling buggered. With Zumba, a lot of time I'm not up for it, especially after a long day at work but I do remember that great feeling I get once I've completed it.

The last few days I've been experiencing headaches. They are not painful, just a slight ache mostly in the afternoons. Maybe my body is still adjusting to the diet, I will ask my consultant next time I got back on Saturday for my weigh in.  It's all still going good, still sticking to it... because of the extra cardio exercises I'm doing everyday, I've been eating extra protein, not a huge lot. Sometimes its just some extra ham after the workout or maybe just a boiled egg. My water consumption has jumped up heaps because of it too.

One thing I had been enjoying was almonds. I forgot just how good they tasted as I haven't had them since I was little. We can have 30grams of almonds (which turns out to be 10-15) each day because of the good fats it contains. I did make the mistake of buying roasted almonds but after a couple of days I checked the website and it was mean't to be raw, oops! You can also have brazil nuts, but I've never tried them.

I need to get the cookbook out again to work out some more yummy dinners. Instead I've been stuck searching through other cookbooks trying to get a menu plan together for my son's 7th birthday party in two weeks. Had lot of fun designing his invitation with him being a huge Star Wars fan. I will post a copy up tomorrow.

Only 9.14pm and already thinking of sleeping. So on that note, good night :)

Another loss for the week

Yesterday I registered a 0.9g loss, bringing my total to 4.3kgs gone in 3 weeks!!

I had a good day, after weigh in I got my treat at Aroma, small skinny Cappacino with a sweetner. Milk is starting to taste a little funny though, the aftertaste stays with me for a while. Yesterday was also my day of rest from the treadmill and allow myself to relax a lot more. For lunch I defrosted a TF wrap and cooked up a couple of slices of bacon and an egg. It wasn't too bad, the wrap did taste a bit like cardboard but it did the trick. We had a bbq yesterday evening so sat down to a lovely sausage and salad meal.

This morning I made the kids a batch of toast with all their favourite spreads and stood there smelling it all in LOL

Tonight is my Biggest Loser night on the treadmill. That's been my biggest motivation, its what got me doing this in the first place.

Friday, March 4, 2011

Friday already?!

I had only realised that I last posted on Tuesday. This week certainly went by quickly (for me that is). All is still good, I enjoyed a nice chicken and heaps of salad for dinner tonight and wash it down with an allowable cup of caffeine and sugar free coke. At the start I really struggles to get two litres of water a day down, but now finding a lot easier and have a real thirst for it but that's probably because of the exercise. It will be interesting to see if I lose quicker as back on the program in 07 I did no exercise and still managed to lose that 19 kilos in five months.

I have been doing cardio everyday with my two nights a week of Zumba and on the treadmill on the other days in which I have been doing some running programs. I can feel myself getting fitter as I have been running longer each time and its starting to feel awesome when I've finish.

Weigh in is tomorrow so I'm going to sign off til then and hopefully there will be some loss for all the hard work with sticking with the program.

So until then, goodnight!!

Steak Sandwich night

Tonight I had a steak sandwich and it was yum! No, I haven't gone back to packing on the carbs it was a fake steak sandwich. We had 120g steak, onion, mushrooms, roasted capsicum and roasted eggplant cut into two slices, which made up the bread. I did slice up some tomatoes and had lettuce in the fridge but got so excited about eating it, I left it out, but will definitely add it next time. I got the recipe from the TF website (http://www.tonyferguson.com.au/weight-loss-recipes.aspx)

Here is a pic:

Steak Sandwich
All the flavours went so well together and would be the perfect meal to make the next time having a barbeque.

Last night was Zumba night, this time around I took my heartrate watch because I was curious as to what kind of heartrate were the routines, most of them was around 140 - 150bpm. I think for my height/weight its around 140bpm for fat burning.

This afternoon I did my usual program P6 program. I can feel myself getting better at running now and will be interested to see if I can do at least 10mins of running but for now I'm going to just keep it at 7kph every 3mins. I'm hoping to be closer to 5.0kg weight loss, I've certainly been watching everything I've been eating and doing my cardio workouts each day. I will be happy with any loss, it will be a gain that would be dissapointing but my motivation is very high at this moment and has been for the last couple of weeks.

Ok, off to read my book before I crash

Goodnight!

Sunday, February 27, 2011

what?? No ketosis?

Had a lovely day with the kids as we had gone out for lunch (Dad got to have a whole quiet house to himself).  Went back to the Indonesian restaurant and ordered the Udang Bumbu Bali which consisted of prawns, sugar peas, onion, capsicum and pineapple tossed in Balinese sauce and a slight touch of chili and served on a sizzling plate. As per usual it was delicious. My 6 year old son ordered the Mi Goreng Special and it was massive and he actually was able to woof down more than half of it like there was no tomorrow! My 4yr old daughter just wanted her fruit toast with jam, that does her just fine.

I took one of those tests that you can check to see if you are in ketosis state and unfortunately it came up negative! I was really hoping it showed that I was slightly in ketosis but it was not to be. I'm going to be very strict with myself these next few days and check again.

Looking forward to my treadmill workout and the Biggest Loser weigh in. I will do a little mid week weigh in myself and see if I'm still on track.

Before I go here is a couple more tasty dinners I made last week:

Fish with mushrooms and chilli & fish and soy sauce served on an avocado and green salad (with lime dressing)

TF wrap for pizza base, chilli beef, capsicum, mushroom, red onion and ricotta cheese

Weigh in day

Went and weighed in and discovered a 1.4kg loss bringing the total for two weeks at 3.6kgs (7.9 pounds). I am quite happy with that so far.

It's only morning here so my day hasn't really started to post what I got up to so I've decided to post up some of the yummy dishes I've made during the week.

TF Chicken curry vegetables on no-natoes

Chicken strogonoff with vegetables on cabbage
I made this recipe using the allowable beef strogonoff sauce (from the chicken tonight products) and added chicken, mushrooms, capsicum and diced zucchini on a bed of steamed cabbage.

I have a couple of others to post up so I will do that tomorrow. Just have to try and stay cool today with the temperature hitting 38c (100.4 degree Fahrenheit) apparently we are having this same temperature for the next 7 days.. phew!

Friday, February 25, 2011

Finally Friday!!!!

Missed a night but after I managed to get my treadmill program in I practically crashed into bed. Watched the Biggest Loser and one of the challenges was on the treadmill and I thought I would try and match them, I think I scare the kids when they thought I was going to go flying off as it was so fast (well 10-12kph is pretty fast to me).  My ankle is still giving me pain, when I was on a holiday I was walking on a jetty and just quickly turned one way and my ankle turned the other. Boy that hurt a lot! and here I am now 6 weeks later and it still kind of hurts a little.

Shakes, water, salad, fruit all that again and for tea I had my left over chilli beef with no-natoes which is a substitute for mashed potatoes. It's cauliflower steamed (or boiled) and light philly cheese and pepper and mixed with a hand blender to smooth it out with no lumps. So much more healthier than the potato.

My exercise:

Thursday
Time spent on treadmill: 60min
Distance: 5.61kms
Calories: 280
Within the above time I was on and off with the speeds 5 - 6kph. For 30minutes I went from 5kph to 8kph for a light run, continued to do this for 2mins (walk 2min/ran 2min)

Friday
Time spent on treadmill: 36min
Distance: 2.16k
Calories: 108
Program: P6 (Same program I did on Tuesday with the walk/run/walk/run every 3mins)

My weigh in is tomorrow, so I'm excited to see how that goes.

Wednesday, February 23, 2011

Let's get ready to Zumba!!

Went to zumba tonight but for some reason my heart wasn't in it. I had a feeling because I worked so late and rushed home to get dinner ready for the family and then by the time I sat down and had my dinner, Zumba was starting within the next hour. Usually  I don't like eating one hour beforehand but I also don't like eating after my workout. So now I feel blah and bloated.

The TF program wasn't too bad today, did everything I was suppose to do. I jumped on the wii this morning to check my weight on wii fit and it told me I'm losing weight way too fast and I should only lose the kilo in two weeks not one week. I'm aiming for the kilo a week so will have to put up with its telling me off every time I jump on it.

Ate my spicy beef again because I so enjoyed it the other night. I'm not one for liking chili but it does actually give lots of flavour to a meal. So now I'm fan.

Time to say goodnight and lets see what tomorrow brings in my fitness world.

Just another workout

 (and Despicable Me)

Today I did my usual thing with the shakes and ate my quota of food for the day but the kids took my attention away in the afternoon with a movie, Despicable Me. Even though they have seen it a number of times, it was my first time actually sitting down to it and really enjoyed it. Dinner was sausages, chicken satays and salad. Everyone full up I went on the treadmill for the P6 workout as last night but this time I saw it through. So happy with myself as I don't run at all and did on and off 12 minutes of running tonight without losing breath. What an achievment!!!

Just so I can keep my own treadmill stats:

36min 1.0
33min 5.0
30min 7.0
27min 1.0
24min 7.0
21min 1.0
18min 7.0
15min 1.0
12min 7.0
9min 1.0
6min 5.0
3min 1.0
0min finished

12 minutes of running for me is just bloody awesome!!! Haven't done that since I was younger lol

Mmmm Pizza

Today I started off with my shake, it was different to the usual shakes Tony Ferguson's has in the range. Apparently there is Omega 6 and something like Omega 3 in the regular shakes. I bought 3 banana Omega 6 shakes and had one this morning, oh my goodness, it's not very nice. It took away the normally lovely taste of the banana and replaced it with something horrible. I will just have to stay away from those ones.

Made a lovely dinner tonight, TF site had a recipe for spicy beef pizza (TF wrap, chilli, mince, mushrooms, ricotta cheese, onion, capsicum) The wrap wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, It does become a little hard and I could imagine it would make great dipping chips.

I managed to check out one of the treadmill inbuilt programs and to see how would I go it went like:

36min 1.0 speed
33min 5.0 speed
30min 7.0 speed
27min 1.0 speed
24min 7.0 speed

That's about how much I did. I had also went to a Zumba class so another 1 hour cardio under my belt. I've been doing Zumba since March 2010 and absolutely love it! So I've go the exercise going well, I'm just hoping there will be results soon.

Treadmill stats Day 1

Morning
Walked 35 minutes
Calories burnt: 138
Distance: 2.76
Incline: 5.0
Speed: 6.0

Biggest Loser weigh in is on tonight and I thought why not do another 35 minutes on the treadmill while watching (instead of sitting there with my big dinner).

Just downloading the C25K Iphone app... don't know much about the program but you do something like short bursts of walking and running and at the end of the 9 week program you will be able to run 5kms non stop. That just made me feel faint just thinking about it!

Evening
Walked 60 minutes
Calories burnt: 265
Distance: 5.30

Had a lovely afternoon at a Thai restaurant with some good company. Still trying to think healthy so I opted for the vegetable stir fry in oyster sauce. I was quite happy to pass the steam rice to my daughter.

Time to lose!

I had decided that I need to lose weight and it was a week ago that I had got back on the wagon. I went with Tony Ferguson as I was successful with them before losing 19kgs in 5 months and what a great feeling that was. Now that was in 2007 and now its 2011 and this weight that I had lost has slowly crept back up again.

I have never blogged before but I have a feeling that just maybe this will motivate me to keep going. Even if its only my personal record, at least it will be something I can look back on hopefully at a time that I have achieved my weight loss goals and feel proud of it.

So far this week (started on Saturday, 12th February 2011), I've done my shakes, salad, x2 fruits a day, protein/allowable vegetables, 2 litres of water a day, treats all done all good. When it came to Saturday I went with the help of my sister to pick up a treadmill I've hired for 3 months. It was a fair distance from where I lived and being so early my sister and her friend was hungry so we searched around for somewhere to eat. We ended up at a Dome cafe and looking at their menu, usually I would go for the works... bacon, eggs, toast, mushrooms, sausage, hash brown, tomato. No, I decided to think healthy so went for the healthiest thing on the menu which was muesli, yogurt, fruit, lite milk... and a skinny cappacino, it was yum! and I was happy. Next I knew I had to get a start on my 2litres of water a day, so let that begin. Arriving home they managed to squeeze the treadmill through our little walkway and then we set it up. After me and my kids had a little go, run, walk, push buttons got that out of the way I decided to have my first session.

I went to the pharmacy to weigh in and knowing I had already had 1 litre of water and the Dome breakfast I had still managed to lose 2kgs which was fantastic!

Now lets bring on the next week!
